A simple and delicious salad with Italian salami, capers and hearts of palm.
First, mix together the lemon juice, capers and olive oil in a small bowl. Toss and set aside.
Lay out the hearts of palm and Italian salami on a plate and pour the dressing over the top. Then sprinkle with lemon zest and oregano. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
