Sprinkled some garlic powder and salt on, turned off the oven and left them in there longer to crisp them up more, yummy!

perfect! I turned them over half way through cooking as suggested and they were perfectyl crunchy! I added some minced garlic too which added great flavor.

never thought I would be a Kale fan. I tried it just because it is so healthy. Will be making it again, soon.

These were easy and turned out perfectly. I made them for a snack this afternoon using kale I had in the fridge. Thanks so much…I didn’t know what I was going to do with that kale:)

Great idea Shirlsaw!

I found if they aren’t quite as crispy as you like at the end of the baking time, just leave them in the oven with the heat shut off – they will continue to crisp but not get burned.

Thanks for this recipe! I had kale in the fridge and didn’t know what to do with it.These salty “chips” turned out great. What an easy snack in the afternoon.
