A great way to enjoy your garden’s finest – a raw veggie salad with a simple sweet dressing.
1) Shred carrots, zucchini, and apple with a julienne peeler or the shredding disk of a food processor.
2) Shake all of the vinaigrette ingredients up in a jar. Will keep refrigerated for at least a week.
3) Dress salad with vinaigrette.
