If you love all the flavors of guacamole enough to eat it with a fork, this recipe is for you!
1) Combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno and lime zest in a large salad bowl.
2) Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, Tabasco, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chopped cilantro. (Taste and add more lime/tobasco/salt/garlic powder as needed.)
3) Dress the vegetables and toss to coat. Add avocados at the end and fold in lightly.
This is also tasty with added drained and rinsed black beans!
