Moroccan style couscous salad, healthy, nutritious and delicious!
1. To prepare the couscous, empty it into a bowl and cover with boiling water (unless otherwise stated on the package). Leave to cool down.
2. Add the chickpeas, grilled baby peppers, and chopped avocado to the couscous.
3. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour over the couscous salad.
4. Mix well and serve with extra lemon slices!
