Greek Salad

Description
I had this at a wedding once and fell in love with it. It is easy and very refreshing. I have no idea what it was called, so I made up a name based on the ingredients. The measurements here are not precise since it’s a salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Champagne Or Grape Tomatoes
- 1 can Black Olives
- 1 whole Avocado, Sliced
- ¼ cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Basil
Preparation
Slice tomatoes and olives in half.
Slice avocado into thin wedges. Layer on a plate and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Drizzle olive oil over the salad and sprinkle basil on top. Add some salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
