A great alternative to jello fruit cups and canned cranberry sauce.
Add the water to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Chop cranberries in the food processor, medium chop or to your personal preferernce.
In a serving bowl, stir together cranberries, sugar, orange juice , and the crushed pineapple along with the liquid (undrained).
Dissolve the strawberry jello in the boiling water and stir into the cranberry mixture.
Let the salad set in the refrigerator overnight or all day before serving.
