A quick twist on classic tuna salad. Crisp green apples add an unexpected dash of tart and sweet that balances the smoky spices.
Drain the tuna of all the water. Combine tuna, mayo, curry, garam masala and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir with a fork, breaking up the tuna. Add the diced apple and fold to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over toast, on crackers or just eat with a fork standing up over the sink.
