Cucumber Salad

Description
My mother’s cucumber salad from Germany. It’s nice and cool, but not at all bland. This is my go-to potluck dish.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 whole Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- ¼ cups Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Celery Seed
- Pepper
Preparation
Combine everything in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins, and up to several days.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
