Delicious, cool, and so simple. Just like Grandma makes.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add more mayo and mustard to your taste if you’d like a creamier salad. Taste, and add as much salt and pepper as you’d like.
Serve with crackers, over a salad, or on bread for a sandwich. Enjoy!
Note: One rotisserie chicken (from the store), with skin and bones removed then shredded, is almost exactly right for this recipe. Otherwise, 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked as you’d like will yield the correct amount of meat once shredded.
