Simple and very tasty!
In medium frying pan add olive oil, heat to medium then add chicken breasts, evenly sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Cook 10 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Cool, cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
In a large bowl, add salad mix, chicken pieces, sweet and sour sauce, orange slices and pecans. Toss together to coat evenly. Top with chow mein noodles and serve. Enjoy!
