Delicious Chickpea Tuna-Style Salad. Smash it onto your bagel, salad or eat it by the spoonful! Packed with protein, creamy, and so good it will have you hooked at first bite!
Properly rinse and drain chickpeas. Place in a bowl and mash to the desired consistency with a fork (you might want it completely smooth or with some chunks left).
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine. Add to your toast, salad or simply eat like this. Store in the fridge for 3–4 days in an airtight container.
