A simple and tasty salad with a unique crunch. My mother created this recipe because my father disliked celery.
Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides. Cook your chicken and hardboil your eggs, let cool.
Dice your chicken, eggs and water chestnuts and place into a bowl. Add the Miracle Whip and relish, stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can adjust the dressing and relish to your liking if you want more or less.
This recipe is great if you use leftover chicken or turkey.
Make into sandwiches, place over leafy greens or eat with crackers and tortilla chips.
