This is a chicken salad like no other. Not too tart, not too sweet and not too much sauce.
1. In one bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, coriander, nutmeg, and cayenne red pepper.
2. Store in the fridge for an hour to allow flavors to blend.
3. Put chopped chicken, celery, red onion, and grapes in another bowl. You can let this refrigerate as well until the sauce is ready.
4. Gradually add sauce to chicken mixture. You may not need to use all of the sauce.
