Great for an outdoor BBQ, picnic, family get-together or just for a side dish.
Note: Prep time does not include refrigeration time of one hour before serving.
Shred all veggies in a large mixing bowl and stir gently to mix. Add salt and pepper and toss.
In a smaller bowl add salad dressing ingredients, mix well. Add to bowl with veggies, toss together, cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
We love this with Buffalo wings! Enjoy!
