Hey guys! I am making an easy to follow summer salad today. I was inspired after reading about the cannellini bean and their popularity in Mediterranean cuisine.
Drain and rinse cannellini beans. In a large serving dish combine cannellini beans, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced onions, crumbled feta and basil leaves and toss to combine. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and olive oil, toss again. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Chill for 1-2 hours and serve.
