I found this recipe in our local newspaper. It was submitted by a local deli in response to a reader request for it. It’s probably the best salad of this type I’ve ever tried! And if you substitute Splenda for the sugar, it’s also low carb!
In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower. Add onion and mix well. Add cheese and bacon.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make the dressing. Whisk well so there are no lumps. Pour over prepared vegetables and mix until vegetables are evenly coated. Chill prior to serving.
