The peppery taste of the arugula combined with the sweetness of strawberries makes this salad a winner.
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt. Seal and shake until mixed. Set aside until ready to dress salad.
In a large bowl, add the arugula, torn romaine, strawberries, grapes, and pomegranate seeds. Right before serving, lightly coat with vinaigrette.
Refrigerate remaining vinaigrette.
