Great side dish for the fall months!
Peel and core apples and shred each one. Add to a mixing bow with sliced red onions, red grape halves, and gently mix. Add apple cider and balsamic vinegar and gently mix again. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. I usually prepare this and we have it right away with pulled pork. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!
