This is wonderful for lunchtime. Its very healthy and filling which is what I was looking for. I did make a few changes though.
I omitted the onion because I cant stand the taste. And used peanuts instead because I’m not a huge walnut fan.
Definitely recommend if your looking for something different instead of a lettuce salad!
