5-Cup Ambrosia Salad

Description
Very easy and tasty fruit salad, which is attractive on the serving table as well.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
- 1 cup Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Flaked Coconut
- ½ cups Pecan Pieces
- Maraschino Cherries, To Garnish
Preparation
Drain the fruit well. Mix all ingredients together, put into a pretty bowl, and top with cherries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Note: if you make it several hours ahead of time, it’s best to add the marshmallows just before serving to keep them from breaking down too much. Then top with cherries.
