This a healthy (and tasty) version of a typical lasagna. I actually like it better!
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large pan, saute the garlic and onion over medium heat until tender. Add tomato sauce and turkey. Cook until turkey has browned. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, beat the egg. Stir in cottage cheese, flour and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
Pour 1/2 of meat sauce into a 9×13 casserole dish. Top with a layer of zucchini slices and cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
