Ziti al Prezzemolo (Ziti with a Fresh Parsley Sauce). Perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Place a large pot of salted water onto boil. When water is rolling, add the pasta and cook until al dente. WHILE the pasta is cooking, into a medium size saute pan, melt butter. Once melted, reduce heat add garlic and cook until garlic is golden. Remove garlic and discard. Add the parsley, season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. Remove from heat. Drain pasta, transfer to the saute pan. Toss well to combine. Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings and a drizzle of olive oil.
