Yogurt Chicken is a great twist on the average baked chicken dinner.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place chicken pieces in a 9×13 casserole dish, that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, oil, garlic salt, thyme and pepper (optional). Evenly pour mixture over chicken pieces. Use a basting brush to get an even coat, if desired.
Place dish in the oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
Let chicken sit at least 5 minutes before serving.
