Description

Who knew healthy, homemade pasta was so easy to make?

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 3  Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

1. Combine flour and salt in a food processor.
2. Whisk together eggs in a small bowl.
3. Add eggs into the food processor and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
4. Drizzle olive oil into the food processor through the feed tube and process until dough forms a ball and separates from the food processor.
5. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and set aside at room temperature for 1 hour.
6. Use a rolling pin and roll it out on a floured surface into desired thickness then cut into your desired shape.
7. Cook in a pot of boiling water for approximately 2 minutes, or until pasta is warm and chewy.
