This recipe for Whiskey Mini Burger Sliders is perfect for parties. Made with Ground Beef and Hawaiian Rolls make for a simple appetizer or dinner.
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 6 small patties.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry patties on both sides until cooked.
Remove patties from pan and add diced onion to skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once onion is starting to get tender, carefully pour whiskey into the skillet. Stir and let reduce by half.
Reduce heat to low and pour in your favorite BBQ sauce and add jalapeno slices. Stir together.
Return patties to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Let simmer for a minute or two to thicken sauce and ensure patties are cooked.
Serve on rolls (toasting the rolls is best)!
Note: If you don’t wish to use Whiskey, substitute with beef broth
