Description

Turkey + goat.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil, As Needed
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1-½ cup Arugula
  • 3 whole Hamburger Buns, Split And Toasted
  • 3 ounces, weight Softened Goat Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper, If Desired

Preparation

Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Gently combine the turkey with the seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Form the meat mixture into 3 even patties.

Add the burgers to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, turning once, until the burgers are golden on the outside and just cooked through on the inside.

To assemble, place 1/2 cup arugula on the bottom half of the hamburger bun. Top the arugula with a cooked burger. Spread 1 ounce softened goat cheese on the burger top and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Eat!
