Easy, yummy, filling meal for lunch or dinner.
Separate each muffin in half so you have 8 halves. Place inside up.
Mix tuna, seasonings and mayo together. You can change quantities to taste, but keep it relatively dry. I use Duke’s Mayo.
Spoon a thick layer on each muffin half and top with a slice of cheese.
Cook for 10 minutes and then blast them on high broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the cheese a bit.
Cool and enjoy!
