A delicious healthy open face tuna sandwich.
In a medium size bowl, scoop out the drained tuna and add in the yogurt, mustard, Sriracha, salt and pepper. Mix together and check for additional seasonings.
Toast slices of bread until lightly brown. Once browned, place the pieces of toast on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Assemble your tuna melt! Start with mashing ¼ of an avocado per slice, then spoon 3 tablespoons of the tuna mixture. Add on 1 thick slice of tomato on top and sprinkle with a bit of cheese.
Place into oven and broil for 2 minutes until cheese has melted and slightly browned. Enjoy!
