Description

This simple, slow-cooked pulled pork recipe creates a simple flavor that is delicious to make into tacos or throw some BBQ sauce on for sandwiches!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Pork Butt Or Shoulder (ask Butcher To Tie It Up)
  • 24 ounces, fluid Your Favorite Root Beer
  • Your Favorite BBQ Sauce, Warmed Or Room Temperature

Preparation

Place pork butt in crockpot. Pour root beer over pork and cover. Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. (I turn the pork over once or twice throughout the day, but it’s not necessary!)

When you’re ready to serve, carefully take pork out of crockpot and cut off the ties. Mix with your favorite BBQ sauce and put on sandwiches, or leave plain and use on tacos.
