This pizza has been something my wife and I have enjoyed creating over the last few months. It was born of what we had in the refrigerator, but we’ve tweaked the ingredients and really enjoy it! That being said, all of the toppings can be adjusted to taste, especially the amounts of garlic, feta, and seasonings for the sauce.
Roll pizza dough out to fit your pan. We use a round pizza stone that’s been slightly preheated. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Place garlic cloves in a hot pan with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Once they are almost done, add the broccoli and onion. To the vegetables, add the concentrated tomato paste (the kind in the tube), seasonings, sugar, and the 1/3-1/2 cup water. Cook down until it has the desired consistency.
Spread the vegetable and tomato sauce mix on the dough. Add thin slices of the mozzarella to lightly cover the pizza. Sprinkle on the remaining cheeses. Place cherry tomatoes, olives, and pepperoncini on the top.
Cook for about 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove when the crust is slightly browned and the cheese is golden and bubbling.

I usually buy Paielli’s 120z frozen dough balls. They are found in the freezer section, usually near the dinner rolls and pie crusts. Paielli’s is a local bakery (Kenosha, WI), so I’m not sure if they distribute outside of South East Wisconsin.

What kind of prepared pizza dough do you buy? Where is it found in the supermarket?
Your pizza looks delicious!
