Delicious! Mildly spicy and a great smoky bacon flavor make this the perfect sauce to stand up to hearty penne.
Chop bacon, fry, and drain on paper towels. In a separate saucepan, add canned tomatoes, garlic and red pepper. Simmer on low for 1 hour. Toss with penne. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
