These tenders have a wonderfully seasoned crunchy coating and a perfectly delicious, tender and juicy center. YUM YUM. They are perfect with ranch dressing.
Combine crushed cereal with garlic salt and chili powder. Dip tenders in oil and roll in the cereal mixture. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
To freeze, cool the cooked chicken tenders completely. Cover and place in the freezer until just frozen, then transfer to gallon zipper bags. When ready to use, thaw and broil or heat in the toaster oven.

Made these today and they came out delicious! Was planning to freeze them so I have meals on hand with my ever-changing work schedule, but couldn’t resist trying one first! Then two…and then three. Not much left to freeze!

Loved these…easy, kid friendly and so much better for you than the prepackaged!

Tried these tonight and they turned out great! My husband even said he liked them, and he usually does not care for chicken tenders. Easy and kid-friendly! Thanks for the recipe!
