Description

This is quick and easy and the whole family will LOVE it!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Onions
  • ½ bags Frozen Tater Tots (1 Pound Bag)
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Fiesta Cheddar Condensed Soup (Campbell's)
  • ½ cups Milk
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Use an 8×8 square baking dish and coat it with non stick spray.

Brown ground beef over medium heat with salt, pepper and dried onions. Once it’s browned, remove it from the heat and drain grease if necessary.

Put frozen tater tots in bottom of baking dish. Top with ground beef mixture. Combine soup, sour cream, milk and 1/2 cup cheese and pour over top of beef and tots. Using remaining 1/2 cup cheese spread evenly on top of casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes. Enjoy!

This was a hit! We really liked the change of having the tater tots on the bottom; this gave it a whole new texture and tasted great! We won’t go back to the recipe that has tater tots on top, this was too good!
