A healthy alternative to beef meatloaf, this turkey meatloaf is delicious served with mashed potatoes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Saute olive oil and onion on low until translucent.
Combine 1 to 2 teaspoons of Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning with the breadcrumbs.
In a medium bowl mix turkey, sauteed onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, and salt.
Place mixture into a 9×12 loaf pan or 8×8 square. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350°F. After baking, let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
