Description

Amazing. Perfect. Smoky. You won’t be disappointed with this!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE MEATBALLS:
  • 13 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
  • 3 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Onions, Chopped
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • 3 cups Ketchup
  • 2-¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together. Form meatballs and place in 2 (9×13-inch) glass baking dishes.

2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs.

3. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
