A delicious and easy chicken dish made in the slow cooker. Great on a baked potato!
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray. Lay the chicken in the bottom.
Chop up veggies to equal one cup, then add to the slow cooker. Add the soup and stir around a little bit. Add a teeny bit of water as well (1/8 of a cup or so) just to help mix the soup up, and create more of a sauce. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and oregano on top, then set on high for 4 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, add sour cream and stir, then set the cooker to warm.
Serve on top of a baked potato! So yummy!
