Very good…made 22 mini muffins, but FYI I doubled the cinnamon sugar topping and used most of it and I should have doubled or more the melted butter(I started with about 1/3 cup) as I ran out and had to make more! Kids loved them and thought they should be called snickerdoodle muffins.

These were great- tasty, not too sweet, nice texture. Super easy and quick, too. The one thing I’d change is to call them “Snickerdoodle Muffins.” Thanks for sharing!

These are great. One thing that you should know is that each mufin is about two tablespoons worth of batter each and to get twelve is a push. You also should know they do not brown on top, they are a fair colored muffin so test with a toothpuck so you don’t over bake, the butter, cinnamon, and sugar give these beauties their color. Great easy recipe! Thanks for sharing.

I spray the muffins with a butter flavored pan spray before shaking in cinnamon sugar mixture. Also freeze well.

These are fantastic. I added a little vanilla to the batter just because I love vanilla. Think I’m gonna try adding choped pecans next time just to play with it a little, but the original recipe is soooooo good it really doesn’t need anything

I am not a baker and love it when I can find easy quick breads to make. Just made this with my daughter and they are truly tasty. Next time I will try them in a mini-muffin pan.
