Description

Quick shortcut to great stromboli tastiness!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 10 whole Small Or Medium White Mushrooms, Sliced
  • ½ whole Onion, Diced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 package (13 Oz. Size) Canned Pizza Crust
  • 30 pieces Pepperoni Slices
  • ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cups Shredded Provolone Or Romano Cheese
  • 4 ounces, weight Cooked Ham, Shredded Or Diced
  • Italian Seasonings To Taste

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F. Prepare a large muffin tin by lightly spraying it with cooking oil spray.

Over medium heat, saute sliced mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. When done, remove from heat.

Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into six equal portions. Place each portion in a muffin cup, pressing down into the bottom and fitting around the edges of the tin. It doesn’t need to be perfect; rustic-looking is good!

Place two slices of pepperoni in the bottom of each cup.

Combine the two shredded cheese in a separate bowl and divide the mixture in half. Using one of the bowls, evenly distribute the cheeses on top of the sliced pepperoni.

Top cheeses with a spoonful of the sauted mushrooms and onions. Top with ham.

Using the remaining cheeses, cover the tops of the stromboli cups.

Chop up the rest of the pepperoni slices and toss on top of the shredded cheese.

Place a dash of Italian seasonings and salt and pepper on the top of each cup.

Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is slightly golden.

Serve with your favorite marinara, a glorious salad and enjoy!
