Description

A deliciously decadent meal that can be made right on the stove top.

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces, weight Frozen Ravioli
  • 8 pieces Bacon
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • ⅓ cups Goat Cheese

Preparation

Prepare the ravioli according to the package instructions. When they are done drain off the water and set ravioli aside in a large bowl.

Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the bacon from the pan but leave the bacon grease. Set the bacon aside. When it’s cool enough to handle, crumble it.

Add the spinach to the bacon grease and cook it until it is just wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Mix the spinach with the ravioli and top with the bacon and cheese. Serve it warm!
