Description

Have some fun with your spiralizer when you make this spiralized veggie pizza! Great for parties or a snack at home, you can’t go wrong with this fun take on pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 8 Oz. Size) Crescent Rolls
  • 8 ounces, weight Fat-free Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Light Sour Cream
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cups Broccoli Florets, Chopped
  • ½ cups Cauliflower Florets, Chopped
  • ½ whole Cucumber, Spiralized Blade C
  • ½ cups Carrots, Spiralized Blade C
  • ½ whole Red Pepper, Spiralized Blade A
  • ½ whole Green Pepper, Spiralized Blade A

Preparation

Preheat oven to the temperature required on crescent roll container.

Unroll crescent rolls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Using hands, knead the dough into a rectangle. Bake crescent rolls for the time specified on crescent roll container. Let cool completely.

While the dough is cooling, in a medium bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, and garlic powder until smooth (I used my NutriBullet to help mix evenly and quickly). Spread evenly over the dough.

Top with veggies and either serve immediately or cover refrigerate until ready to serve.
