Description

Chicken bathed in a creamy, spicy sauce with some lovely chunks of peaches! The taste is wonderful and very unexpected.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts/thighs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ½ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Hidden Valley Original Spicy Ranch Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Dijon Mustard
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Sliced Peaches, Drained And Cut Into Chunks
  • Cooked Rice, To Serve

Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering. Add the chicken and cook for 7-9 minutes on each side until the juices run clear and the chicken is golden. Remove the chicken to a plate.

Reduce the heat in the skillet and add the butter. Melt the butter together with the brown sugar, stirring until smooth. Stir in both the dressing and the mustard, stirring until bubbly.

Return the chicken to the pan, add the peaches and cook until heated through. Serve immediately with rice.
