A 10 minute meal that’s full of heat and costs less than $5 to make!
Boil a pot of water on medium heat and cook your noodles according to package instructions for al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain the noodles then return them to the pot that’s now set over a medium flame. Add the butter. While noodles start to crisp, make your sauce. Combine the next 7 ingredients (soy sauce through sugar) in a small bowl, and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Add sauce into your noodles and toss to coat. Allow noodles to continue crisping in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
Drop in your scallions and give your noodles one final toss. Transfer to serving plates and top with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
