Description

Picture it now: crunchy lettuce topped with creamy avocado, sweet corn, fresh tomatoes, meaty beans, all wrapped up and drizzled with a creamy, smoky, BBQ dressing. Yum!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • FOR THE WRAPS:
  • 4  Large Tortillas Or Gluten-Free Wraps
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Or Mixed Greens
  • ½ cups Canned Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • ½ cups Corn, Canned, Fresh, Or Frozen And Thawed
  • ½ cups Tomato, Diced
  • ½ cups Bell Pepper, Diced
  • ½ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1  Avocado (peeled, Pitted And Sliced)

Preparation

In a small bowl whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until completely smooth.

Lay out the wraps on your work surface. Divide remaining ingredients between them. Drizzle with sauce, wrap tightly and serve.
