Ribs in a Coke, chutney and ketchup sauce.
Add the ketchup, chutney and Coke into a medium-sized bowl. Next add the onion mushroom soup mix to the bowl and blend well.
Place the ribs into an oven safe dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs and cover with foil. (The ribs can marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or can be baked right away.)
Bake for 2 hours at 325 F. Then remove the cooked ribs from the dish and place them onto a hot grill. Cook for 5 minutes on each side to add a bit of crunch to the ribs. The meat is tender and delish. Yum. Serve with your favourite sides.
