This was a fantastic recipe, and easy to make! I didn’t have any PC spices on hand, so I got Texas-style BBQ spice, and it went perfectly with the other ingredients. The avocado and corn provide a nice coolness to complement the spices and black beans, and we did use the optional sour cream and BBQ sauce. My husband and I loved it and will definitely make it again! Thanks for sharing!
