Tender and juicy smoked country style ribs.
Start up the smoker and preheat to 250ºF. Add hickory or apple wood chips.
Coat ribs with garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and your favorite BBQ rub. Place ribs in the smoker and cook for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, take ribs out and place in a foil pan. Cover ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Increase smoker temperature to 275ºF and place foil pan with the ribs back in the smoker. Cook for 2 hours.
