Saucy taco meat with crispy taco shells is taco heaven.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat and add ground beef and ground pork. Stir together. Add chopped onions and stir. Continue cooking until meat starts to brown. Transfer the meat to a slow cooker pot.
To the pot, add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cover with a lid, and cook on the low setting for 4 hours.
Serve the taco meat while hot in crispy taco shells. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce.
