Quick and delicious main course meal ready in a flash!
In a large cast iron skillet (12″) add sweet cream butter. When melted add ham slices in a single layer (if needed you may cook them one at a time). Brown the ham slice on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
In a mixing bowl add cinnamon, Karo syrup, pineapple and juices and the zest and juice of the lemon. Stir well and add it into a small saucepan. Heat on low for several minutes stirring often. Remove the glaze from heat.
Place the skillet browned cooked ham slice on a plate and spoon on some glaze. Just incredibly delicious! Serve with sweet potatoes and a side vegetable. Enjoy!
