An easy and delicious weekday meal where the skillet does the work for you!
In a large skillet, cook the butter and potatoes on medium-high, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes. Add chicken broth and carrots and reduce heat slightly. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
Add chicken and onions to the same skillet and cook for about 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked and carrots and potatoes have nearly reached desired texture. Then add the peas and gravy into the skillet and let it come to a simmer.
Prepare crescent rolls according to package instructions.
Spoon skillet pot pie onto serving plates and top with crescent rolls. So good!
